IT WAS GREAT TO STAY AT SUCH A FAMILY RESORT, THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMADATE US AND THE KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THE D.J. ON THE POOL DECK, THE BEACH FRONT GRILL WAS GREAT AND YOU COULD HAVE NOT ASKED FOR A BETTER LOCATION WE COULD WALK TO ANY OF THE ATTRACTIONS. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT TRIP TO DESERT INN."

"Its hard to find a place like this in the entire Daytona beach area as there is always something going on no matter where you are in the hotel. The rooms are cool, the pool area is cool, the beach area is cool its just a nice place to stay! Its a nice walk down the beach where the main shops and attractions are On A1A (Atlantic Ave) you can walk and find ANY souvenir you can imagine finding and there are your typical chain and original restaurants as well. Just down the street across the street from the Hilton, one street back, you can “club” until 3am and then you can come back to the Desert Inn and sleep it off and nurse your hangover at the pool for the rest of the day!!."

"It was a refreshing stay, the pool was very large, did not feel like I was in the way of other vacationers. The employees of this hotel were very friendly and went out of their way to accomidate me. I am a wheelchair user and the hoel was old but it was easiy to get around all the ammenities. I will return."
